It is all fun and games until she is summoned, due to lack of data I cannot inform you what may happen when she gets a hold of you - there are no known survivors to share their experiences. If attempting to summon Granny PROCEED WITH CAUTION.
To begin summoning you must write her name on any object. The first sign of her presence will be someone familiar calling your name in the exact spot that her name was written, you will not be able to detect who is calling your name and from which direction but it will be loud and clear.
