a person who sucks the energy out of another, usually will find a person with a problem or a tragedy, get them to tell the story and (then) suck the life out of them. Face Eaters are easy to spot...the person who seems to be listening intently to someone telling a personal story, but they are staring at the persons mouth (as if to suck the words out) and they are standing way, way too close to the person speaking

hey, Sally broke up with her boyfriend and is telling her friend Whitney over there in the corner. God! could Whitney be standing any closer to Sally? Whats wrong with Sally's face? What a fuckin face eater that Whitney is!! she's swelling up like a damn puffer fish!
