Somebody who flouts the rules on household bubbling by forming multiple bubbles with whoever they want, whenever they want. They’ll often overuse the phrase “Your in my bubble” which actually means “let’s just keep our f***ing mouths shut, aye?”

When you draw an imaginary boundary around your relationship to help strengthen it by keeping outside intrusions (like work and family) at bay, at least temporarily.
A simple example is a couple with children getting a babysitter and having a 'date night' with each other. Another could be negotiating the number of visits by your in-laws (and how much advice they give!). Keep them out of your Couple Bubble!

Anything that has multiple levels or hierarchy (e.g. a company) can have information passed from a high level to a lower level. When this happens, information is said to "bubble down" from above.
"The hate that students feel towards the rival football team had to bubble down from when the coach lost a bet 15 years ago against their coach."
