Short for "simpleton". Someone who goes out of their way to be kind to a person they want to have sex with,
typically to the point of sacrificing one's own dignity and allowing oneself to be walked over. Simping is typically considered a violation of prudential norms and is often considered irrational behavior, usually on the part of horny men.
