Hambajam

A sandwich consisting of: Ham, Half a Banana and Jam. It can be blended into a spread, or just put on one by one. Butter is optional, but any sauces such as Salad Cream, Tomato Ketchup or Thousand Island Dressing a completely forbidden!!

I wonder what the world record is for most Hambajam eaten in one minute??
