1)Someone drinking booze with shaky hands and spills thier beverage.
2)Someone so drunk they completely or partially miss thier mouth when consuming from a shot glass.
3)Someone who cannot fill a shot glass...
4)Someone who spills beverage all over for any reason at all.

1)"Andrew's a spilly drinker! Look at him." (the guy is so drunk he is spilling booze all over)

2)"Wow you wasted half the bottle filling 2 shots glasses?" "Fu*king spilly drinker."

3)Hey Mr.Spilly Drinker, Do you have parkinsons disease? You cant even hold your drink with out spilling it!

Puddle Drinker

Someone who will stop at nothing for pleasure. You could find this type of person smoking pot during church, drinking at an AA meeting, and/or jerking off during study hall. These people don't see the big picture, and are for lack of better terms BASIC. These people are low lives and their attitude brings everyone around them down.

Nicole: Tony is such a puddle drinker.
Erin: Thought you two were happy.
Nicole: Noo, When lucy came to toxic with me the other night... ughh.
Erin: Nooo, what did he do?
Nicole: He was copping a chubby on Mandy.

The Drinkies

This occurs when one is super drunk but is craving liquids that aren't alcohol or water. Not to get mistaken with the Munchies or Drunchies, which deals with food. The Drinkies are purely about the liquids people! We are dealing with Thirst. Dont get it twisted.

Roselynn was super drunk after the party, so on the way home she made me stop by Sonic because she had a serious of the Drinkies for some Ocean Water.

Park drinker

A guy (occasionally a woman) who regularly drinks alcohol in public parks. Often seen in small groups sitting on a park bench, holding a 40 wrapped in a paper bag. May or may not be homeless.

I was jogging at the park today when I saw a bunch of park drinkers get in a fight.
