Declan is a wonderful, compassionate, loving person. There’s really nobody like him. You may know someone with the same name but I’m not sure if there will be another quite as special. The dedication, work, energy and time he puts into his passions and goals is breathtaking. Knowing him is truly a gift and it’s hard to imagine life without his inviting prescience.
