1. One whose thought processes are limited to a narrow viewpoint, akin to an electronic "notch filter", leading them to arbitrarily reject any idea or concept falling outside their existing point of view, no matter how clear the evidence.

She is such a notchbrain. She refuses to believe her man is cheating on her even after we showed her the videos and the used condoms!
