Spliff - A circular rolled piece of cardboard usually off a cover of rolling papers or box of ciggarettes placed in the hitting side of a "Blunt" or "Joint" of marijuana to perfect the "Blunt" or "Joint".

Dirty Spliff

Dirty Spliff is when you roll up a big ol' spliff, and it gets lost. Then you find it 3-4 days later and its dirty from laying on the floor or in the case of a Florida band named Dirty Spliff. They rolled up a Spliff at practice and it feel behind a guitar amp and when they found it it had got dirty from the floor. I also think the name Dirty Spliff could represent the beach rock ska/reggae mixed with brutal hardcore punk rock Dirty Spliff from the Dirty South.
