So, a shnarant is a person who is such a fucking idiot, and basically, everyone just hates shnarants so yeah, if you come across one I don't recommend coming up too close to them, as they may also start bullying you or worse... So yeah. But at the same time, a shnarant can also mean in a joking kind of way, like if someone did something they didn't mean to do, but it was still annoying then the other person has all the rights to call them a shnarant 🤗.

"Hey Jack, did you just fart?"
"No, shnarant!"

Or in a bad type of way:

"Hey Jack!! Look, that guy, his name is John, he is SUCH A SHNARANT like I actually hate him 😕..."
"Oh yeah I hate that guy too he is honestly such a shnarant though..."

To snort a powdered substance as one would cocaine, often with a vigorous, exaggerated motion

During the sleepover, Kyle thought it’d be funny to snarf a line of Pixy Stix, but instantly regretted it when his nose felt like it was on fire.
