Shut The Hell Up

A clever phrase to let chums know how thouroughly annoyed you are with them at any given moment. Most effective when cleverly hidden in an unexpected place, in a seemingly unrelated sentence. (See example below.)

Chum: Man, did you watch that special they had on dateline last night? The one about Lynyrd Skynyrd? That was really cool.

You: Yeah, it was pretty sweet. Almost as cool as SHUT THE HELL UP!

Hell Rell

Refers to rapper Durrell Mohammad, better known as Hell Rell, his stage name. Member of rap group The Diplomats. Other members include Cam'Ron, Jim Jones, Juelz Santana, Freekey Zekey, Duke Da God, J.R. Writer, 40 Cal, Katt Williams and the DipSkate duo. Also commonly refered to as Ruger Rell and Hardest Out. Mixtapes include 2006's Streets Wanna Know, 2006's DJ Trigga Presents: Hell on Earth, 2006's New Gun In Town and 2007's Eat With Me or Eat a Box of Bullets. Albums include 2007's For the Hell of It and his upcoming 2008 album Black Mask and Gloves.
On The East Coast, specifically New Jersey, specifically Bergen County's Ridgefield Park, the words Hell Rell is commonly used to replace the words 'Hell Yea', 'Fuck Yea', and sometimes a simple 'Yes'

helium bitch

A girl who often has an extremely high-pitched voice. No, not a naturally high voice, a voice that legitmately resembles that of someone who has just inhaled at least half a tank of helium. In addition to their high and annoying voices, they also possess many characteristics of the common "bitch". Helium bitches are also typically very arrogant and believe themselves to be quite intelligent when really they possess the IQ of a rock.

1:Omg.. I swear, Eugena is such a helium bitch.
2: Yeah, I know! I think she gets dumber by the day...
