The truth is they live in thiers mums basement and they are unreliable party idiots.

This phrase can be used when the person does have a house but its a mess etc, they key aspect is the stereotype "basement bozo".

that guy is such a basement bozo he needs to get a life.

you know that person will be a basement bozo after results day.
