1) we were walking down the path and tony jumped out from behind a tree and calmly said "Wichaa".
2) Jerry said "I put syrup in your coke,(pause)wichaa!"

It is traditionally pronounced in a Boston accent, where the R traditionally makes an AH sound:

1: When a car is fitted with insane offset and camber so the wheel is "flush" with the fender flare. Term is localized to the New England states and should be said with a Boston accent.
