The type of person who lacks any skill in the usage of vocabulary and grammar. A wackjobian seems to believe that the government is watching him and is waiting for him to make a mistake. Most wackjobians are paranoid fucks, who find time in their day to hose down neighbors driveways, or .... stuff a turkey in a cooler, force themselves into your home and leave it in your living room for you to find as a surprise when you return home. A wackjobian also feels the need to inform you about what he's accomplished around the neighborhood without you even asking, not to mention, giving a fuck.
