A person with a more than plentiful amount of money whom refuses to spend it or donate it and pleads poverty. Buying the cheapest of the cheap unnecessarily. Could sometimes be an employer who fails to maintain the upkeep of his/her employees even though they make the 'Scratcher' tonnes of money.

A layer or layers of something distinctive from what lies above and below, typically used to describe layers of sedimentary rock or some other sediment, but can also be used in any number of situations, literally or allegorically.

The athropocene epic will be seen, millions of years from now, as that layer of strata mostly made up of dissolved petrochemical waste, alloy rust, concrete powder and other relic substances of human technological dommination of the Earth.

And some tools like screwdrivers,drill bits and so on.

There is also another form of scratchitti known as Acid Etching which doesnt show up on the glass at first but slowly starts to burn its way on the glass in a short period of time.

the tools you need are acid etching kits from craft stores or websites.
