v. (1) Easily audible laughter accompanied by waving of the hands followed by jumping jacks, a bow, a double backflip sideways handspring, and may also feature one or two somersaults.
v. (2) To laugh hysterically.

Like a meltdown, but it involves laughing. A laughdown is an internal laughing meltdown. Laughdown's maybe external as well, but largely internal.

The experiencer commonly subjects them self to the stimulus repeatedly, until they become desensitized to it and it is no longer amusing. Such an experience may last several minutes or even hours.
