Ratchet

Meaning someone or something is nasty or evil. Derived from the word "Wretched." Since black people couldn't pronounce the word correctly it turned into "Ratchet." Not to be confused with the tool. The word is usually only used by ghetto black people who don't have an education. If a white person uses the word they are talking about the tool.
