phantom lake

an impoverished area in a suburb of seattle where much of the youth turn to drugs and gang related violence at an early age. overshadowed by compton, inglewood, and several other californian cities known as "the ghettos of the west coast" the area of phantom lake rivals these better known cities in crime rate, gang related violence, drug related arrests, and quality of living.

in the phantom lake area, 4 out of every 10 children will graduate high school. 4 of the remaining 6 will go to prison.
