Tooth coming through?

Tooth Coming Through? (verb). A question that is asked to a person who is vigorously and continuously scratching their anus / bottom through their cloths.
Many people believe this saying comes from the fact that when babies teeth, they produce a digestible acid that makes their bottoms sore enough to scratch - thus implying a tooth is coming through…

Since the world has been obviously dominated by gay men for such a long time, the expectation is that children will now be gay, so if you're not, you need to have a straight coming out event.

The period of time we're currently in where everyone is so gay that no one comes out formally any more. You just know by their look and their actions.
