Formed in late 2004 as an alternative to the word Owned. Usually used as an abusive term for acknowledging another person's misfortune.

Person 1: "Oh man, Jimmy got Scoop'd!"
Person 2: "How?"
Person 1: "He tried to videotape him and his girlfriend having sex... But she found the camera"
Person 2: "OH! SCOOP'D!!"

This phrase was coined by the movie UHF's star "Kuni". A karate instructor and host of "Wheel of fish".
Use when something or someone really stupid comes your way. You may also use "saaa" when feeling lazy.

"What's in the box?... NOTHING!! ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!... you're saaa stoopaad!"

midrange scoop

Also mid scoop. An equalizer setting used for electric amplified instruments. The midrange frequencies are cut off/scooped out. Used to make the sound fatter, especially for bass slapping and hard overdriven guitar riffing.

You can get an awesome heavy metal sound with a high amount of distorsion and a midrange scoop.
