scooch

noun: A creepy male in his late twenties to early forties who rides his bike everywhere, presumable because his license was taken away for legal reasons. Not every man who rides his bike is a scooch. For example, non-scooches ride their bikes for environmental or athletic reasons. Scooches, on the the other hand, seem to exist only to make people uncomfortable and should be avoided at all costs.

Earl's a scooch now because he got his third DUI and he's not allowed to drive anymore.

Hey, there's a scooch sitting under the tree over there touching himself. We should leave.

Aaron's car broke down and now he has to ride his bike everywhere like a freaking scooch.

1. A peculiar area located on the college age female that, when stimulated, results in incredibly loud moans of pleasure. Stereotypically associated with waking up the neighbors and impressing your bros listening outside the door

2. Can also be used as an insult in the same spirit as "bitch"
