Acronym for "Random People Party." Essentially an open house party for people that aren't cool enough to garner interest from enough people, thereby making them invite as many random people they can get a hold of. Guests include long hair boys who identify as "Chaity" and girls who love Taylor Swift. Inviting cousins is encouraged.

The only thing keeping me going in life is the next planned RPP. I miss the long hair boys and can't wait to dance to Cotton Eyed Joe!
