hoogey ; (hoogs ; plural) is the phrase for snot, usually hacking/huck, or snorting it up into the mouth to then spit out or to snort out.

Guy 1: I lost my job at Burger King.
Guy 2: Why? I thought they loved you there!
Guy 1: I hucked a hoogey in some guy's burger.

a gelatinous thick green substance which is usually held within the nose, only to be snorted in and spat out at someone in an aggressive or angry manner.

Holger is a term for a very tall creepy man who will suddenly spawn behind you and look over your shoulder. he is also a homiesexual pyromaniac. he is also very stubborn and argues like a five year old.
