Barner's Law states that eventually, no matter if the odds are even beyond impossible, the outcome of a situation is bound to change. This is most commonly used during the ESPN Streak for the Cash game. Depsite a team's record, composure, ability, experience, or any other factor to be considered, Barner's Law states that while on Streak for the Cash, this team will eventually experience the second outcome (ie. if the team is winning a lot, they will lose, or vice versa.).
