The noob tube is employed by noobs in the Modern Warfare series to clear out hostile infantry as a final stand.

The noob tube is a small tube attached to a weapon capable of firing 40mm explosive rounds. (Also 2 shot grenade launcher used in Left 4 Dead)

A freedom tube is the name given to the ventilator administered to non-vaccinated Covid-19 patients. It is ostensibly used by 'liberals' on the sub/Reddit forum r/HermanCainAward as means of making fun of people who have died of Covid-19 while promoting anti-mask, anti-vax, or Covid-hoax views.

Johnny spent 21-days in ICU on the freedom tube before they put him in the forever box. He died doing what he loved: Owning the Libs.
