Read Velvet is a reading group formed in South Korea. The group formed on August 1, 2014, with their digital e-book "Happiness: The Tutorial to Joy". The group originally consisted of four members but in March 2015, they officially added a new member. The group is now composed of five members: Iread, Soulgee, Whendy, Joy and Yeread.
