A very true phrase meaning just what it implies. ALL RAP IS COMPLETE GARBAGE, and that is pure fact. Stupid, talentless, immoral people (and I only mean ANYONE who writes rap or listens to it) include offensive, nasty elements in their music. Almost all rap is about sex, killing, raping, or ruh-spekt, and duh-howmeeez, and dah-getow, and duh-biches. RAP IS STUPID, ANNOYING, AND WRONG, and should never have existed, except, in one form. Hardcore rap used to be about Black pride and such, but since then, rap has just become mindless, stupid, SHIT, all about sex and rape and GaNgsTUhs.

All rappers can just go lie in a ditch and die, because rap is crap.

Rap/Hip-Hop

Ask any two artists, fans, or other assorted members of the rap/hip-hop community to explain the precise difference between the two terms, and odds are you'll get different answers. Even so, most would probably agree that rap describes a type of music while hip-hop refers to a cultural phenomenon that includes graffiti, breakdancing, and fashion in addition to music -- or as rapper social theorist KRS-One says, "Rap is something you do, hip-hop is something you live." Musically, the only difference between the two is that rap always contains the vocal element of rhythmically spoken rhymes while hip-hop can be purely instrumental in nature. Rap in its earliest stages consisted of DJs mixing records and juggling beats and breaks for block parties while emcees rhymed over the rhythms. This practice of adapting, dissecting, and transforming pre-recorded music to create new songs could be hip-hop's most significant contribution to modern music.

This is why lots of people listen to oldschool, cuz it has no formula.

In "I Love College" he talks about drinking beer, smoking weed, and having this one girl completely naked. He mentions Allen Iverson and Hakeem Olajuwon. He says "ass" and "fucked up".

In "Empire State of Mind", he talks about bein' hood forever, everybody riding his mom, and sitting courtside with Knicks and Nets giving him high fives. He mentions LeBron James and Dwyane Wade. He says "shit" and "nigga".

These songs were complete and popular because they fit the rap formula.

Rap vs. Metal

Probably the most annoying youtube comment war in the world. Each side acts like their genre requires talent and creativity, while the other genre requires retards to strum a few guitar strings or punch a few things in on the computer. This is a pointless argument. Some rap artists suck. Some metal bands suck. Other rap artists are talented. Other metal bands are talented. Each genre takes skill to come up with something new and make it sound good. Thus, the argument that spans millions of people, is pointless.

Rap fan- Dude metal sucks it's just some whiny kids screaming into a mic and playing some guitar!

Metal fan- Wow retard how about rap its just some guys rhyming about their "dogs" and saying "Nigga"!
