An action that enables a person to aquire unhealthy food in the laziest way possible. Such as rolling the edges down the edges of a potatoe chip bag to get at the chips at the bottom.

Judy totaly just pulled a fatty move; she finished the ice cream straight out of the tub and used a plastic spoon so she wouldn`t have any dishes.
