Message boards and other pages relying on user interaction for content are gradually overwhelmed by flame wars, online games are deserted but for those players using bots and sites where users rate films or games become an exercise in pointlessness as teenage boys trundle through giving zero or full marks apparently at random. The original audience will become sick of this and move on. Swift and rigorous action by moderators (see mod) can help to counter cretin creep but often is more trouble than it's worth. Also twat creep, ass creep.

Facebook creep

Someone who spends all their time looking at people they don't know, usually someone they are infatuated with or loath. Looking through all their pictures, wall posts, friends and everything else. These people generally have no life and/ or no friends and are too afraid to talk to the person they are creeping on. The facebook creep's main tool is the search bar with which they use to find their target. Every time the facebook creep signs on they usually check their online friends to see if their target person is online. If they are they will look at their profile, if not they may wait a couple minutes before typing the targets name into the search bar, and then look at their profile.
