a syndrome in which a dumbass may follow 3 of the following symptoms:

talk way too much for their own good
you have no idea what the fuck they're saying
and their name has to be michael or start with a m for this to apply

yapping syndrome cannot be cured. symptoms are similar to retard syndrome!
