Yongle is a verb that can mean practically anything that you wish it too. It is typically used in a context that could refer to something potentially sexual. While it can be something explicitly sexual; typically 'to masturbate' is replaced with 'to yongle' however, it can be used to denote absolutely any action.

When a person uses a cardboard tube from a finished wrapping paper roll to project ecstatic sounds, heat and moisture to another’s butthole.
