Wage Mom is used to describe your female boss who cares about you like a mom, but still pays you at the end of the month. It could also be used to ironically make fun of your male boss.

Bruce: "Sorry man, my wage mom asked me to do overtime."

Nathanual: So sad Fabian couldnt join us in St.Ropez this year, do you know what happened to him?
Gregory: I hear his firm has capped bonuses at £300,000 so he's had to have a quiet one!
Nathanual: But...but how can they (trembling with indignation)? Thats below chinimum wage! Its cruel! Its practically slavery!
Gregory: I know Nat. You're preaching to the choir but the cost-of-living-well crisis has reached us now. The world is falling apart!
Nathanual: At this rate Portland Place will be empty next year!

"What?! You want me to clean that funky toilet with this nasty, hairy, dry sponge and without plastic gloves?
No, no, no ... not even for double the monkey wage you pay me!"
