1. When schralping, Schralpnal is the dirt, snow, etc. that get thrown behind you and on to the person following you.

2. When you wreck yourself schralping and have to get hardware to put yourself back together.

The stage between being fat and shredded. When an individual has become strong but not absolutely shredded, and finished the bulking process. The individual will then commence the shredding stage.
