A saying among 4x4 and off road enthusiasts. Its said after damage normally cosmetic to minor parts damage has occurred on there rig or vehicle. Shitlbuffout is shit will buff out as in the shit being the damage will buff as in painted over cleaned polished or "buffed" out.
