I tend to laugh whenever I schnargle.

someone who always messes up. He‘s the guy, who not only misses deadlines, lets the pasta water boil over or spills his beer all over your lap, but he is just totally bananas.. simply a Scheangler! sometimes you even think he is doing it on purpose.
