A combination of ridiculous, dumb & disrespectful. This word can often be used to describe a situation that you don’t agree with or a person you are loosing respect for in the middle of an argument.

Ridzuan is crazy, irritating and mad. Sometimes you feel like straggling him with a cordless phone. His favorite word is " why ar? " He would say that after disturbing you. How irritating is that right?! His jokes are so cold that you can feel it down your spine.
