When a runner is running so fast that they are passing everyone else on the track. They make other runners look like ghosts once they turn blue and the faster runner is pac man as he eats them.

Brad is going to split his last 200 in 29 and is pac-manning those other 4 teams.

An expression used to indicate disappointment, dismay or dislike as in the sound effect heard when pac-man dies and you lose you loser.
