A term used in place of "That's What She Said". Typically used when anything of a sexy, immoral, creeper, or immature nature appears. Commonly used as an alternative to perverted. Normally used to describe a close, perverted, "ladies-man". Name does not have to be Jacob. Should not be used to describe yourself.
