Commonly used in African American Culture and is used to describe an individual that is highly annoying, destructive, and contributes little or nothing to society. They may also collect into large groups and form a "mog mob."

A term used mostly by the Incel Community and Pick Up Artists. Mogging, is the practice of dominating other men by being more sexually attractive and using this to show off in an attempt to pick up girls.
For example, a 6'4 ripped Chad stands next to a 5'11 less ripped Chadlite whilst he's working out with his girlfriend. The 6'4 Chad will show off and try to garner the girls attention. This leads to mate-guarding.
The 6'4 Chad would be considered a Mogger, which is the man showing off and using his sexual attractiveness as a tool to pick up girls.
The 5'11 Chadlite would be a Moggee, a victim of being Mogged.
