mindight

The time between 9:30 and 9:40 pm. This time is the time where anything you want can take place. Not to be mistaken with midnight, the halfway point between two days. This time is a legendary time that can only be seen once a day, unlike midnight which you can technically see twice a day.

Person 1: Oh my gosh! It's nearly mindight!
Person 2: You mean midnight? It's still 9:29 you know.
Person 1: NO! Mindight! It starts at 9:30, and ends at 9:40!

1 minute later....

Person 1: Look! It's a flying pig!
Person 2: What is happening?
Person 1: Anything can happen at mindight you know.

Mindie

Music which was formerly described as "indie" music but has since received a great deal of coverage and exposure, resulting in an explosion in its popularity. Thus it is has become mainstream indie or mindie.

Also the kind of music that used to be played at Mixed Bag, every week.

A few years ago it was rare to hear Camera Obscura played anywhere, now they're really mindie. They were even played in NEXT.

Mixed Bag is so disappointing. They don't even pretend to be indie anymore, all they play is the same mindie songs every week.

That band's so mindie now, they were on TMF!

mini cooper S

Nostalgic and tiny little car that amazes in aesthetics and performance handling characterisitc. Very noticeable. Has its own niche of drivers. Diverse and close community. Will not be suprising to see MINI driver acknowledge each other with waves, honks, yells, thumbs up, etc. Also has quite a decent space inside, think of it as a spacious coupe. Can fit 3 golf bags, 3 pairs of golf shoes, 1 pull cart, 3 lunches, and 3 humans. OR 3 170 lbs+ humans, their laundry, bags, and a regular sized guitar. Amazing little car manufactured by BMW AG sold as its own branch.

"What is the smallest car on the American roads?" Ans. MINI!

mini truck

The "mini truck" or "minitruck" started as a fad in the mid to late '80s that still exists today. They are so popular becuase they are cheap to build becuase most of the work you do yourself, and there aren't many store bought parts involved. Originally the mini truck was a stock Nissan, Toyota, Mitsubishi, or the famed Mazda B2200 with cut spings and lowering blocks to lower the truck and most had a set of hammer style (or similar) wheels with low profile tires. Wire wheels were also popular, but were more of a lowrider thing. Huge stereo systems with tons of bass were also added to these trucks. In the early '90s people started putting air-ride or hydrolics into their trucks to lower them even more. The modern day mini truck can be anything from a 1970 Datsun to a 2004 S-10. Most have 17" or larger wheels on them, but some people still like the smaller wheels. Body modifications include shaving doorhandles, corner turn signals, gas doors, tailights, mirrors, and just about anything else you can think of. Many people mold in later model Cadillac tail lights or other lights that look better than the stock ones. Minitrucks are not tuners and they are not lowriders. They are in a class all by themselves.

Mini Dad

Those who dress accordingly: polo shirt, khaki shorts, dockers, and glasses hanging from their neck by a fashionable glasses cord. Most are from southern states, such as: Georgia, North Carolina, Alabama, and Virginia. There home mecca is South Carolina. They are most commonly spotted around tailgating and frat houses.
