A foam attachments for a barbell or a piece of exercise equipment that protects a persons back when lifting weights. This is used when someone can not handle the pressure from the weight.

When Chad and Brad load 145 lbs on the bar for a back squat, they must first locate the Manpon to install on the barbell to protective their fragile backs from the bar.
