A type of Retro PC, popularized by the anime/visual novel Steins;Gate. It uses some of the most basic programming language available, and could potentially hack or decode any modern web-security system. it was also mentioned by supposed Time Traveler John Titor, who claimed he needed one to save ameerica from a corrupt government in the year 2035. with the way things are going, he might not be wrong.
