When you use a vape (mflb) to smoke bud and it hit's just right and you are able to go out and be high with people around, but no one notices.

Person: Dude how are you able to go out a be yourself and still be high?
Me: I use a (mflb) and it hit's just right, so it gives me a functional high.

Speed Fluctuator

A person who continuously changes the speed at which they drive regardless of the speed limit.

An example of a speed fluctuator would be someone driving on a 55 mph highway fluctuating their speed between 50 and 60 mph. This very annoying behavior makes it impossible for the poor person stuck behind them to use their cruise control.
