A word used by really stupid people instead of saying "thats good". Can be shortened by just saying "as ever" which usually follows a grunt "hmm".

3. a person with a bloated ego, especially a person with a currently ballooning ego, who thinks that he/she/it (it could be AI or an android (see HAL 9000 in "2001: A Space Odyssey")) can solve any problem or is potentially infallible.
