A tall man in his 70s that wears car shirts and struggles to pronounce words beginning with “H” he is a well known northerner and is also known to jump from the middle school gates clutching several children under his arms and a Stella in his mouth, he roams villages honking his horn to all the old ladies whilst giving them a wink and jestering “👉👌”whilst tensing his lips.

Guy:”Hey man have u seen Duncan waiting at the gates of school recently?”
Guy2:”yeah apparently he gives the kids yo-yos “.
