When due to your Diabetes everytime you pass urine it's in such large incriments that you push your pee stream as forcefully as possibly to save time and not become too bored peeing for minutes straight

Yo yo Brown: I gotta pee bro
Bobby: Oh shit man, we're going to miss the bus
Yo yo Brown: Don't worry bro, I'll just diabetic plunge!
