Loaf Dialogue

1)Talking about feces. "I gotta poop!"

2)When conversation/story telling is stretched and explanation gets to a stage where the facts are distorted, the content is

questionable, and needless to say, the "shit" gets deep, and the verbage begins to drag on and on. One must call a Loaf Dialogue timeout, and bring accuracy back to any topic being discussed.

J - "You should have seen the fish I caught. It was HUGE! It was 29" and at least 6.2lbs."
D- "Did you measure and weigh it? Was it a new record?"
J - "Well... I put it on the hood of my truck and by the size and how the hood began to"
D - "Loaf Dialogue!"

(Imaginary whistle blows in the background, the subtle sounds of echoing 'BULLSHIT' is heard! Silence ensue's... for approx 3-5 seconds.)

J - "Well I didn't exactly get the measurement/weight, but it was a big fish."

inexplicable sexist dialogue

When a character in fiction makes a bigoted statement (usually sexism) for no reason other than the (usually female) protagonist to make a rebuttal to insert activist bait in place of actual character development. Primarily done in situations where even a bigoted character would have no reason to make statements like that, like if the character is cowardly and about to be killed by the protagonist.

"I read comic with female protagonist, I liked the story, but it had a lot of inexplicable sexist dialogue which was very distracting."

Dilate. Open.

It isn't really a word but some people, especially Yinzers from Pittsburgh, mistakenly use the word dialate (DI-uh-leyt) when they mean dilate. If you hear it, don't be a jagoff and point out the mistake. Yinz know what they meant.

We used to communicate via smoke signals when he was in Block © and i resided in Block ¥. These were our crowbar hotel dialogues.
Now that we are both free, we speak and kiss.

millennial dialogue

The mannerisms and speech patterns pertaining to characters typically written by snarky millennials. Common traits include:

-Juxtaposition of playground insults and swearing: 'piss baby, lil weenie bitch muffin'
-Overly verbose and self-aware speech
-Condescending/patronizing phrases
-Laughable attempts at resonating to younger target audiences via 'RELATABILITY'
-Pop culture references in lieu of actual humor
-Necessity to 'educate' someone whilst stating nothing of substance

-"This game has been ruined by millennial dialogue, and most of its political statements
are nothing short of preachy and surface-level."

-"Millennial dialogue is a plague that infests most TV series made in recent memory, as old executives
and 30-something writers attempt to connect to a younger audience, but fail miserably."
