Eau Claire Stare

A phenomenon unique to the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire in which other students will make continuous eye contact with other students as they pass each other. The Stare is often awkward, creepy, and sometimes considered rude.

I walked by that Bro and he shot me the Eau Claire Stare. Let's go to The Pickle later and kick his ass!
