"Call My Bluff" Someone who is faking (for example, pretending he holds winning cards in a poker game) is bluffing. To call someone's bluff is to demand they prove themselves, or the truth of their words or actions

Double Bluff

A double bluff is a type of bluff where you lure your opponent into thinking that you are bluffing, and commit to a position based on the perception that you're bluffing, when you in fact hold all of the cards. It's a very dad humor type of prank humor. E.g. filling a jar with spiders, placing it next to the cookies, and labeling it SPIDERS DO NOT OPEN.

Don't open that jar it's FULL OF SPIDERS!

"Ahahaha yes, it was a double bluff I got you!"

Blur

Blur are an English alternative rock/britpop band. The group consists of singer Damon Albarn, guitarist Graham Coxon, bassist Alex James and drummer Dave Rowntree. Their songs - Song 2, Parklife, There's no other way, Bang, Popscene, Tender, Out of time, Fool's day, Crazy beat, No distance left to run. My all time favourite - Music is my radar.

The last album featuring Blur's original lineup, 13 (1999) found the band members experimenting with electronic music and gospel music, as Albarn wrote more personal lyrics.

blur fu

A style of depicting fight scenes in movies, originating roughly around the turn of the 21st century. It contains one or more of the following traits:

1) Dark scenery contrasted by incomplete lighting (often with a feel such as "rave" or "industrial", augmented by appropriate music)
2) Increased footage speed
3) Inclusion of Matrix-style bullet time
4) Rampant movement of the camera, both in terms of erratic movement as well as frequent changes of shot entirely, creating an intentionally jarring viewing experience

Blur fu is often incorporated to make a movie appear edgy, hardcore, or to match other similar movies. It is also a tool to mask the fact that the performers onscreen may not be able to perform any real fight stunts worth watching.

Examples of blur fu can be seen in films like Alien Vs Predator, Serenity, King Arthur, League of Extraordinary Gentlemen and many more.

What the heck just happened? The Alien attacked the Predator, but then it was all blur fu.
