A form of exercise that works every part of the body, especially the lower body region. When doing ballet, dress is everything. Either go all out or nothing at all.

ballet mom

A mother, often a single parent, who has raised her child with one idea, to be a great ballerina in a great ballet company. To achieve this end the ballet mom will do anything to advance her little girl's career. The child herself, while she may love dancing, finds it less and less easy to cope with her career and her mom. Ballet moms watch what their kids eat down to the last calorie. Famous for hovering around dressing rooms and driving beaten up old cars, she'd never waste money on a new one when point shoes have to be bought, along with leotards, lambs wool, woollite, ribbons for the shoes and all the other junk that's required. When she hits 60, when her little darling hits 30 and it's all over for them both. See Soccer Mom. They are sisters under the skin. The ballet mom is always the poorer sister.

spandau ballet

Spandau Prison in Europe housed many prisoners including World War II Nazi prisoners. When these prisoners were hanged the swinging of the dead body was called the Spandau Ballet.

That SS officer did a nice Spandau Ballet at his hanging.

The musical group Spandau Ballet took their name from this chilling term.

Prostate Ballet

The act of a female milking a male's prostate by inserting the toe of her foot into his rectum while wearing footwear: namely ballet slippers or ballet flats. The term can also apply to a woman wearing heels, although when wearing heels, the term is Prostate Disco. She inserts the toe of her foot into the anus and continues pushing in and wiggling her toes until he either ejaculates involuntarily, or she forces him to masturbate. This is a form of domination or enslavement, for if this is done on him enough times in succession, he will be physically unable to ejaculate without her foot inside of him.
